The Summer Internship Program at MidFirst Bank offers qualified students the opportunity to integrate academic learning with hands-on, practical experience in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. High performing interns are eligible for full-time positions in the Officer Development Program. The Summer Internship includes:
- A comprehensive overview of the banking industry via case studies, departmental rotations, executive briefings, strategy meetings and special projects.
- Business and industry research, compliance monitoring and financial analysis.
- Loan presentations to senior management.
- One-on-one mentoring with recent ODP graduates, program managers and HR career counselors.
- Team challenges and after hours social events.
- Respect for individuals with divergent skill sets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree.
- Business major required.
- Cumulative 3.25 GPA.
- Accounting or finance coursework required.
- Demonstrated extracurricular achievement.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
- High level of initiative and accountability.
- Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

SCHEDULE:
