Calling Officers perform the following functions
- Effectively promote MIDFLORIDA brand and Indirect lending solution
- Maintain existing and develop new dealer relationships within the Indiana Market
- Provide competitive information on indirect lending market conditions
- Assist dealers, underwriters, and funders with questions, and other issues as needed
- Effectively handle difficult conversations and situations with dealership employees and management.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.
- Deliver problem solving solutions and perform research as needed.
- Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDAs electronic services.
- Accountable for meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals.
- Professional and efficient communications with all departments promoting synergy.
- Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.
- Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort with speaking to and presenting to Senior Management and Dealership owners
- Proficient in basic PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work within MIDFLORIDA Credit Unions Indirect Lending Policies and procedures.
- Ability to travel, work remotely, and still work in a close team environment.
- Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
**Out of state travel to MIDFLORIDAs Corporate office in Lakeland, FL is required. Minimum 3 times annually per year with an initial week of training at start of employment**
