Title Insurance Processor/Closer

MIDFLORIDA Title Professionals, LLC is hiring Title Insurance Processor/Closer

Qualified candidates will:

• Process files and order title work
• Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions
• Provide consistent communication with lenders and processors to ensure quick and accurate transactions
• Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, estoppels, searches, and other matters
• Prepare prelim CDs, Settlement Statements and other settlement documents
• Work with the Closer before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claims

Skills needed:

• Proficient in MS Office and preferably Closing Vue
• Positive and problem-solving attitude
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Florida Notary Preferred
• Simplifile experience preferred

Job Type:

Experience:

• Closing Procedures: 3 years (Preferred)
• Title Insurance: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent
