Midland Baseball Softball Training Center is looking for a Softball Pitching Trainer to join our team! If you have a passion for coaching and developing young athletes, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details:
✅ Flexible hours – Weekdays after school & weekends if available
✅ Work with athletes of all ages to develop pitching mechanics, speed, and accuracy
✅ Help mentor and guide players to improve their skills and confidence
Requirements:
- High school playing experience required
- College playing experience preferred
- Previous coaching or training experience is a plus!

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
