Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator to assist with planning, organizing, developing, and implementing education programs that align with our organizations mission and regulatory standards. This role focuses on supporting hospice, home health, palliative care, PACE, and administrative programs through training, educating, and maintaining compliance
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance of the Education systems and files
- Responsible to monitor TB screening/testing, Hepatitis B vaccination, and annual influenza vaccination forms and compliance rate.
- Responsible for developing and teaching educational sessions both for orientation and on-going education for employees.
- Provide training, staff competencies, and assist in onboarding process.
- Assist in coordination and planning of educational programming, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, handouts, resources, and presenting on topics.
- Works with program managers to identify appropriate participant/patient and caregiver education materials.
Pay: Starting at $35/hr. based one experience
Full-time: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Kansas or MO with ability to obtain multistate license within three months of hire.
- BLS Instructor certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Kansas or Missouri drivers license with reliable transportation.
- Experience with adult education or training
- Background in hospice, home health, or palliative care nursing.
