Summary:
The CNA/HHA (Float) is a pivotal role responsible for delivering patient care and home maintenance interventions within the patient's plan of care and organizational guidelines. This position operates under the clinical supervision of a registered nurse, maintaining flexibility in scheduling to address changing patient care needs in Kansas City, Olathe, Lawrence, Topeka, Emporia, and adjacent areas. A company car will be provided for work-related travel.
Employment Status Full-time | Full time & Split shift opportunities
Full Time CNAs will receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus
Full Time HHAs will receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus
Shift differential rates:
- $1 for weekday hours after 5pm - 8am
- $1.50 for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
- $2 for weekend hours after 5pm - 8pm

Qualifications
Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Due to insurance company requirements, must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
