Midland Care PACE is expanding and now hiring for a Director of Health Plan Quality & Compliance
Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Health Plan Quality & Compliance with a nursing background and experience in managed care, quality improvement, and compliance to lead our health plan program, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts for our PACE program. In collaboration with key stakeholders, including the PACE Medical Director, VP/Executive Director of PACE, and Corporate Compliance Officer, this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and leading staff and processes within these areas to ensure the program's efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement to stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Pay starting at $94,000 /annually (based on requirements and like experience)

Qualifications
Required: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with experience in healthcare, law, or healthcare management. Must have a minimum of one year of quality focused experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft products to be able to effectively analyze and display data. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
Preferred: Registered Nurse, BSN or MSN. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (LSSGB), experience educating healthcare professionals in QI processes through didactic and immersive learning techniques, Previous experience working with accreditation and/or compliance.
