Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a project manager for the organization as well as overall management of all Midland Care Facilities, Housekeeping, and Central Supply departments. Your responsibilities include ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment by managing budgets, staff, and vendor contracts while optimizing operational effectiveness across assigned departments. This role oversees the safety and emergency preparedness plans for the organization.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Pay Rate starting at $83,200 /annually (pay is based on like experience/requirements)

Qualifications
Minimum-High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience. . Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Requires excellent project management skills and the ability to plan, organize, schedule and implement multiple projects concurrently. Must be detail oriented. Must be able to communicate with a wide variety of people and to get them to work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and goals. Must have good computer skills and written communication skills.
