Midland Care has an opening for an Education Team Assistant.
Summary:
The Education Team Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the education team by handling data entry, system and file maintenance, meeting and event preparation and management, front desk coverage, training assistance, and other administrative tasks. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of filing and spreadsheets, with a specific focus on proficiency in the Relias database.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Pay Rate starting at $16 /hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Qualifications
Required: High School graduate or equivalent. Excellent office and organizational skills. Strong computer and communication skills. Computer skills should include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Must be able to create Excel spreadsheets with formulas and charts/graphs and be able to use macros.
Preferred: Candidates with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Certified Medical Assistants (CMA), or Home Health Aides (HHA), or equivalent experience in the medical field, are preferred. Proficiency in patient care education and a thorough grasp of medical practices are a plus.
