Kansa City - Midland Care is now hiring Home Health Aides for our expansion in the area.
Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide support with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. As a Home Health Aide with Midland Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve, while being part of a team that is focused on growth and excellence.
Both Full-time & Part-time Available: Mon-Fri 7am 4pm or 12pm - 9pm | Weekends 7am - 7pm
Pay Rate: CNA - $17 /hour | HHA - $18.25 /hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)
Sign on Bonuses - Full Time CNAs earn $1,000 or $500 for Part Time | HHAs $1,500 for Full Time or $750 for Part Time
***CNA's receive paid training to obtain their HHA license after 60 days.
Shift differential rates:
- $1/hour for weekday hours between 5pm - 8am
- $1.50/hour for weekend hours between 8am - 5pm
- $2/hour for weekend hours between 5pm - 8pm

Qualifications
Required: Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with willingness to enroll in HHA certification course within first 90 days of employment.
Preferred: One year experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
