Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health RN for weekend shifts in the Topeka area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and personalized nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Type: FT 12hr Shift Saturday and Sunday
Qualifications:
Required: Current unrestricted State of Kansas License to practice as a Registered Nurse. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets the organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, standards of nursing practice, scope of practice and relevant statutes and regulations. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, pay strong attention to detail and accuracy and work under pressure in a cooperative work environment. Must be self directed, motivated and flexible.
Preferred: Home Health or Hospice experience.
