Summary:
The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for our guests and residents.
Employment Status: Full Time | Sunday - Thursday, 8am-5pm
Pay Rate $13 /hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Qualifications
Required: Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.
Preferred: A minimum of two years working experience in a custodial service-based position with experience in custodial cleaning facilities. Able to operate custodial/janitorial equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, floor strippers and other applicable cleaning equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
