Summary
Our System Admin will be responsible for ongoing management of the Electronic Health Record, Financial application, and all other applications within the Organization. This position provides oversight and training of employee utilization, access and continuing education related to electronic Medical Record and appropriate technology.
The Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems software and related infrastructure. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling out the solutions. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to Midland Cares Values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers
- Manage network servers and technology tools
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security through access controls and firewalls
- Provide technical support and user training
- Maintain system documentation and recovery protocols
Employment Status: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (This is not a remote position)
Pay: Starting $28 /hr. (pay is based on requirements and experience)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Strong networking knowledge, including switching and routing
- Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
