Join our team as a Patient Transportation Driver at our PACE Center and help make a difference by providing safe and compassionate transportation services to our PACE Participants!
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for transporting PACE Participants to and from the PACE Center, as well as to their homes and doctor appointments. Your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our participants during transit.
Midland Cares *Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)* is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 10am - 6:30pm
Pay Rate: $16 /hour (salary is based on experience/requirements)

Requirements:
Must possess a valid Kansas or Missouri Drivers License (within 30 days of hire for out of state licenses), current automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. These must be current at hire and remain in effect throughout employment. Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and drug screen. Must continue to pass these throughout employment. Must have a current DOT physical at all times. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. Due to insurance company requirements, must be 25 years of age or older.
Preferred:
- Prior driving experience.
- One year of experience working with a frail (elderly or disabled) population.
