Job Summary
The Microsoft & Computer Systems Administrator will implement, manage, and support various Microsoft technologies and computer systems. This role involves providing escalated technical support for computer systems, with a strong emphasis on customer service and Microsoft administration including Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerShell, Intune, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent (60 college credit hours) and two years of directly related work experience and demonstrated experience in Active Directory administration, Office 365 administration, SharePoint administration, or PowerShell scripting
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 administration, PowerShell, computer systems, and associated peripherals
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems (PC and Server), Microsoft Office, computer network technology, and well-developed troubleshooting skills
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver License, good driving record, and be insurable on Midland College's insurance policy
