Job Summary
As a Residence Life Clerk at Midland College, you will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the residence life department. This includes mail handling, daytime on-call responsibilities, policy enforcement, front desk duties, excellent customer service, and administrative support tasks. The Residence Life Clerk is an integral part of the residence hall community, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents. This role requires a dedicated individual who is committed to providing exceptional service and support to residents and staff alike.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
