Midland Country Club, the districts premier private Club and host of the LPGA’s Dow Championship, is currently hiring a Payroll and Receivables Coordinator. This individual must be efficient, detail oriented and work well with others. Midland Country Club offers a great opportunity to work in a unique environment with a wonderful team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees organizations financial transactions.
- Manages member payments and accounts.
- Reviews and evaluates AP/AR registers.
- Filing bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll taxes.
- Manages and oversees multiple banking account and transactions.
- Collect and input supplier invoices.
- Verifying and updating daily receipts.
- Cross-training in payroll.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
- Prior Jonas and Microsoft Excel experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on deadlines.
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are highly critical in this role.
- Must be able to foster and support a teamwork environment, placing a high emphasis on excellent customer service.
- Documenting and reporting skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
