Job Title: Residential Apartment Cleaner
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Location: Canandaigua, New York
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Apartment Cleaner to join our team. As a Residential Apartment Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' apartments are clean, tidy, and presentable. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the apartment turnovers, including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms and common
hallways and offices
- Dust and polish fixtures, and fittings
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Assist crew in the Winter with snow shoveling
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Apartment Cleaner or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift and move heavy furniture and equipment
- Good communication skills
