- Assist with leaf removal and fall clean up.
- Assist with snow and ice removal throughout the property.
- Perform inspection as directed by the Site Manager, i.e., proper operation of smoke and CO detectors.
- Communicate and coordinate all maintenance objectives with the Site Manager on a daily basis.
