- If a Nurse, currently licensed as a registered professional nurse or licensed professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required.
- Certification in Infection Prevention required.
- Bachelor’s degree in health related field required; Master's Degree in Health related field preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a clinical setting required; 5 years’ experience in infection prevention required; 2 years of leadership experience required.
- Infection Prevention Experience is required and non-negotiable.
Additional Information:
- This is a system position that is over the IP for 2 facilities.
- FTEs include Infection Prevention Practitioners and Data Analyst.
