HR Director is a partner to the executive and leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives. Hospital campus location includes a combined 90 bed acute and skilled care facilities along with employed physician practices and employees over 350 full time employees and 80 physicians.
MUST HAVE:
- 5 years acute care hospital HR experience
- Strong employee relations background
- Leader who wants to work in a 1-person department
- Multi-tasking skills
