- Bachelor’s Degree or other approved education plan required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and / or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- ACLS preferred.
- NRP preferred.
- FHM preferred.
- RNC-OB preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of L & D experience in healthcare required in an acute care setting
- 3 years of recent Director L&D experience in a leadership role required in an acute care setting
