Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Surgical Services!
- Overseeing 12 ORs with at least 2 endo suites, at least 7,000 cases a year ( 4,300 outpatient and 2,700 inpatient), total of 154 FTEs.
- Direct reports of Manager of SPD, Manager of OR, Manager of PACU / PAT / Pre-Op.
- Have complex service lines ( grow spine, ortho, neruo )
- 3 years in a Leadership role out of a Surgical Services / OR setting.
- Scrub or circulator nurse if needed.
- Union experience is preferred.
