Our facility features 4 Operating Rooms and 1 Treatment Room, delivering excellence in ENT, General Surgery, GI, GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Pain Management.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring surgical services exceed expectations.
- Acting as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and departments.
- Leading quality improvement initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Managing business operations: budgeting, staffing, contracts, and purchasing.
- Driving growth, physician engagement, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervising departments including Nursing, Medical Records, Central Supply, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Proven leadership in an ASC or hospital surgical services environment.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory compliance.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $145,000–$160,000 Bonus Eligible
