Overview:
We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for young children, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschoolers, incorporating early childhood education techniques and strategies.
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to a diverse group of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and inclusivity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, using this information to inform future lessons and activities.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that reflects the needs of our young learners.
- Utilize first aid and special education techniques as needed to support children with diverse needs.
