About the Role:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the Shopify storefront, merchandising, and conversion optimization efforts. This role will require both strategic vision and execution, ensuring an optimized online shopping experience that drives growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong marketing background, SEO knowledge, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.


What You’ll Do:

Shopify Website Management & Merchandising

  • Manage and optimize Shopify product listings, collections, and merchandising to enhance discoverability and conversions.
  • Ensure product pages, descriptions, pricing, and visuals align with brand identity and SEO best practices.
  • Implement and test landing page optimizations to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Monitor website performance, analyze customer behavior, and recommend improvements.


E-Commerce Strategy & Conversion Optimization

  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to increase sales and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Implement sales funnel optimizations and identify areas to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing to integrate paid campaigns, email marketing, and promotions seamlessly into the online store.
  • Track key e-commerce metrics and provide insights on opportunities for growth.


SEO & Content Optimization

  • Optimize website structure, product descriptions, and landing pages using SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve discoverability and drive conversions.


Collaboration with Developers & Designers

  • Provide clear direction to website developers and coders to improve site functionality and user experience.
  • Partner with creative teams to ensure branding and visuals align with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement new website features that improve the customer experience and support growth initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, Shopify merchandising, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversions, AOV, and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Experience managing Shopify storefronts, sales funnels, and merchandising strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and execute both strategy and implementation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
