The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented. Experience in plastics packaging, thermoforming, food packaging, blow molding, blown film or injection molding is highly preferred. Experience in B2B sales is a must. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, car allowance and comprehensive benefits. Extensive travel is required.
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
