Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within the polymer resin market, specifically PP and PE.
- Promote and sell our range of polymer resins to manufacturers, distributors, and other customers in various industries.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for PP and PE resin applications.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for PP and PE resins.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and follow-up.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, no less than 4 years in the polymer, plastics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) resins and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
