- This paid internship will last from February – October with the opportunity to further your career
- Hands on position in which you will be involved in all aspects of our operation
- Assist in all clay maintenance, mounds, infield skin, and warning track
- Operating equipment for turfgrass cultural practices such as mowing, aerifying, topdressing, etc.
- Irrigation maintenance
- Assist with tarp pulls
- Setting up/breakdown for batting practice as well as other in stadium events
- The candidate must be highly self-motivated and possess the desire to become assistant groundskeeper in the future
- The candidate should posses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the desire to learn each day
- We prefer candidates to be enrolled or graduated with a two or four-year degree
- Previous baseball maintenance experience is preferred but not required and would be accepted in place of education
