Main Accountabilities
- Verify maintenance transactions according to procedure, review standard reports, and process corrections for minor issues.
- Elevate questionable transactions and recurring issues to management in a clear and timely manner.
- Validate stop payments and ensure completeness; correct input as needed.
- Manage daily processing and balancing of exception items, including NSF items, unposted items, and check adjustments.
- Process debit card fraud claims, adhering to Reg E guidelines.
- Review daily fraud alerts for potential patterns and trends.
- Handle mobile deposit corrections and meet submission timelines.
- Process general ledger and account level monetary transactions.
- Research and resolve issues on customer deposit accounts.
- Conduct quality assurance and mailing of interest checks.
- Complete returned mail processing and e-notice generation for securities allocation.
- Support sweep repurchase products and confirm customer notifications are accurate and timely.
