Job Summary:
This role involves providing support to the WM Risk and Compliance program to optimize efficiency and minimize risk. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate on-site audits & exams, quality control reviews, and policy compliance audits.
- Perform file reviews and ad hoc audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure that accounts are being managed in accordance with administrative and investment policies and are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Draft written reports regarding quality assurance and compliance monitoring results.
- Track policy and compliance exceptions to ensure timely resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- Education/Experience: Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in trust or wealth management.
