Superior Tool Rental & Repair has been servicing its customers since 1995 with the most recognized service and equipment in the industry. Superior's customers range from some of the world's largest contractors, industrial plants and factories, to local mechanical, electrical and steel erection.
The Tool Repair Coordinator Assistant Position:
To assist our growing business, Superior Tool Rental & Repair is looking to hire a Support Coordinator to assist customers in selecting the appropriate tool rentals, place rental orders, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Additionally, this role will involve shipping and receiving and rental/repair logistics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction.
- Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem issues from direct supervisor.
- Checks in incoming tools assigning the repair to a specific Customer.
- Follow up with customers to provide quotes and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- shipping and receiving for both rental and repair
- conduct inspections to ensure the tool is ready to ship, and verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to pass testing for Equipment Operation
- Willingness to learn and develop
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
