At Midland Tower Construction (MTC) we are growing in work and in scope and we are looking to add the best talent to our company.
MTC is a construction company specializing in the wireless industry with offices in Plano, TX, Lubbock TX and Midland TX.
We are a growing company with opportunities for career advancement for hardworking and reliable people. Payday is every Friday, and the current crews are getting over 50 hours a week. We do not limit overtime at MTC.
Travel is required within the state or border states. Crews are typically out of town during the week within specified market with weekends optional. Competitive hourly rates with overtime. All accommodations paid for by company while traveling including daily meal per diem.
We are looking for those experienced tower climbers who take pride in the quality of their work and the safety of their team.

Requirements for the position:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to climb heights and work at high elevations
- Someone who can follow strict guidelines & meet construction deadlines.
- Willingness to travel.
