We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laboratory Technician with a strong background in chemistry and management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform and oversee laboratory testing, analysis, and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and protocols.
  • Supervise laboratory staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other samples.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including analyzers, chemistry, and CBC machines.
  • Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary puncture when necessary.
  • Collect urine specimens following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Label and prepare specimens for analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all specimens collected and tests performed.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during the collection and testing process.
  • Assist with other laboratory duties as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory experience, including management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in data analysis and laboratory management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
