Job Responsibilities
This is a teaching position in which the faculty member functions under the direction and supervision of the Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) Director of Health Care Programs. Responsibilities relate to class instruction or the direct supervision of Medical Assisting students in a clinical setting and associated tasks necessary to meet the learning outcomes of the course / program. Develops / directs high quality instructional plans and evaluates student progress in achieving course competency.

This position is located on the Airport Campus and the Lexington Northlake Center in Corporate and Continuing Education - Health Care.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate's Degree or Certificate / Diploma in the content area or a related field, along with two (2) years of related experience. National Certification as a Medical Assistant or certification / licensure in a closely related medical field is required. Knowledgeable in course content and clinical / administrative skills is also necessary.
