Job Responsibilities

Accurately enters new courses and sections into the student information system (Ellucian Colleague).
Reviews TRELLO daily, responding to all TRELLO cards and email requests within 48 hours of receipt.
Collaborates with Degree Audit staff to create or update certificate programs and reporting functions based on course codes.
Cross-trained and serves as backup to the Call Center, providing superior customer service support to both internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Handles inbound calls, makes outbound calls, and assists with registration and payment processing.
Cross-trained and serves as backup to Class Logistics, including procuring textbooks and materials, and delivering all necessary items to the classroom before each class session begins. Follows up with instructors to ensure the return of class packets after class concludes.
Processes scholarship vouchers by updating each student's personal information and comments, tagging students into applicable degree audit programs, registering students for courses, uploading scholarship vouchers into Etrieve, and communicating with the Foundation and Finance offices.
Assists with Degree Audit by evaluating each student's progress toward certificate completion, updating the student's program status, and proactively contacting students to encourage graduation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate’s degree and two years of relevant customer service experience, or a High School Diploma and three years of relevant customer service experience. Must possess analytical thinking skills, a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates should have experience with Ellucian Colleague and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
