Job Responsibilities
Plans and manages administrative support for Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) Business and IT programs, including program director, program manager, and students. This includes but is not limited to course entry, timely submission of invoices, and Colleague research. Serves as the central point of communication for CCE Business and IT students, professors, business solutions directors, vendors, and other constituents by responding to inquiries and acting as the first line of support for incoming inquiries by phone and in person. Plans and manages day-to-day administrative support for course operations across multiple campuses and contract classes, including purchases of consumable supplies, classroom materials, office supplies, copy center orders as needed, and specific requests from professors in a timely manner to support an excellent teaching and learning environment. Assists with schedule planning and student screening related to program admission and QuickJobs Scholarships, as well as special requests by programs as needed. Coordinates file management and record-keeping for all CCE Business and IT programs, ensuring records are accurately maintained. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and work experience directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous administrative support experience in business of IT environment.
Salary : $30 - $35
