This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of Students located in West Columbia, SC at Midlands Technical College. The Dean of Students will be responsible for student conduct, counseling, residence life, student leadership, and educational leadership on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong skills in Student Conduct and Student Counseling
- Experience in Residence Life and Student Leadership
- Demonstrated ability in Educational Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a higher education setting
