MyMichigan Health is looking for a dedicated NP/PA to join an established family medicine practice in Standish, MI.
If you are a self-motivated, energetic APP that enjoys rural healthcare - this position is for you!
• Full time
• Monday-Friday with traditional office hours
• Robust onboarding and mentorship program
• Work alongside an established, well respected APP and physician team
Responsibilities
• Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
• Limited call required with support of RN triage service after hours
• Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations
• Follow patients through all stages of life, newborn through geriatrics
Certifications and Licensures
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• AHA approved BLS certification
Required Education
• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
• Experience preferred; new graduates will be considered with primary care background
