MyMichigan Health is looking for a dedicated NP/PA to join our internal medicine team. This is a float position between Alma, Breckenridge, Ithaca, Mt Pleasant and Shepherd. Main internal medicine office is in Alma, MI ! If you are a self-motivated, energetic APP that enjoys working autonomously - this position is for you!
- Full time
- Monday-Friday with traditional office hours, flexibility for a 5 day work week
- Robust onboarding and mentorship program
- Work alongside an established, well respected APP and physician team
- 50% of office time in Alma, 50% float to off site offices
Responsibilities
- Include, but are not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of illness, ordering and interpretation of test results, counseling on preventative health measures
- Call required with support of RN triage service after hours
- Appropriately prescribing and managing medications and immunizations
Certifications and Licensures
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
Required Education
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- New and experienced providers will be considered
