Summary

MyMichigan Health is searching for the new Anesthesiology Department Medical Director in Midland, Michigan! Based in MyMichigan Health's headquarters, this physician will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients and overseeing the Anesthesiology services.

• 324-bed Medical Center offering 24-hour emergency care, Level II trauma care, and wide range of specialty care services
• Over 18,000 cases in Calendar Year 2023
• 1:8 call rotation, post call day off

Responsibilities

• Full-scope anesthesia care, including care to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Role will involve perioperative assessments, administration of anesthesia, monitoring patients during surgery, and postoperative care

Certifications and Licensures

• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
• PALS and ACLS through American Heart Association

Required Education

• Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
