Midnight Cookie Company is Hiring Bakers for our Everett Location!
Midnight Cookie Co. is looking for someone with a passion for baking cookies to join our team of talented bakers at our Everett, WA location. We bake 7 days a week to supply fresh cookies to our Seattle-area retail locations. The bakery is small, the pace is fast, and the cookies are awesome! Baker shifts generally begin at 5am, but may be subject to a changing schedule as well, so flexibility is a plus!
Responsibilities include:
- Baking cookies according to our recipes and instructions
- Packing cookies for delivery to our other locations
- Mixing cookie dough
- Using and maintaining dough depositor machine
- Inventory/supply control
- Maintaining a clean and friendly environment
- Packing catering orders
BONUS: Experience with a revolving tray oven and depositor machines a plus
Qualifications:
- At least one year baking experience
- Weekend availability
- Must be comfortable with working in a small, fast paced bakery
- Must have Food Handlers card or ability to get one
- Reliable transportation to our Everett bakery
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to adapt to changing bake requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude
