Midnight Cookie Company is looking for a Retail Cashier and barista to fulfill customer orders both in store and via delivery apps, while providing excellent customer service!! We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment, who can quickly adapt to our changing business needs with a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers and answering customer questions
- Providing astoundingly awesome customer service
- Operating cash register and following all cash handling procedures
- Preparing espresso beverages in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and friendly customer environment
- Fulfilling orders in-store and for deliveries
- Packaging cookies according to standards
- Restocking workplace with appropriate supplies
- Following all state and CDC mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic, including wearing a mask at all times within the workplace
Requirements Include:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must obtain a valid Washington State Food Workers Card
- Follow all state and CDC mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Proficient with Android tablets and iPads
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail oriented and observant
- Willingness to adapt to on-the-fly situations
- Professional demeanor and clean appearance
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work until 1AM by yourself
