Job Summary
Midnight Oil is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Manager. This is the ideal role for a high-caliber marketing professional with significant success in digital campaign management who is looking to join a growing, fast-paced business. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of campaign activities for several assigned markets. Responsibilities also include optimizing marketing campaigns, monitoring performance data to ensure campaigns are running properly, and communicating the results to stakeholders regularly.

Rapidly assess, forecast, propose, and execute paid media programs and campaigns that deliver leads for our clients.
Own the day-to-day hands-on paid campaign management.
Campaign planning, setup, creative briefs, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across a variety of media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Track, measure and report performance media campaigns across multiple advertising services.
Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels.
Create compelling ad creatives and copy.
Research trends and report competitive market activities; keep pace with social media platform changes, trends, and cutting-edge tactics; apply learnings quickly to campaigns.
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing toward goals to stakeholders.
Responsible for coordination and tracking of regular performance media tasks as well as ad hoc deliverables
Analysis and optimization of keyword ad copy and landing pages / AB testing.
Monitor and assess competitive activity and keyword ranking performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience running Google Facebook paid ads.
A degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience managing a range of paid campaign budgets.
Deep understanding of paid advertising campaign management and optimization practices.
Experience running clean A/B creative and audience tests.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
