Remote Fishing Guide

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Remote Northern Pike Fishing Guide to provide expert guidance and support to fishing enthusiasts of all skill levels. You must have Northern Pike Fishing experience. In this role, you will educate clients about fishing techniques, local regulations, and the best practices for sustainable fishing. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in creating an engaging and informative experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fishing sessions, providing real-time guidance and support to clients.
• Educate clients on various fishing techniques, equipment usage, and local fishing regulations.
• Develop personalized fishing plans based on client preferences and skill levels.
• Utilize public speaking skills to engage clients during virtual sessions and answer any questions they may have.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages client participation and enthusiasm for fishing.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate multiple clients while ensuring quality service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fishing trends, techniques, and environmental considerations.
• Must be able to cook meals, clean, maintain and repair boat engines and epiupment.
• Must be able to work long hours in harsh Alaskan environment.
• Must have Pike and Musky fishing experience.

Requirements

• Northern Pike or Musky fishing experience is a must.
• Proven experience in fishing with a strong understanding of various techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients during virtual sessions.
• Time management skills to effectively balance multiple client engagements.
• Public speaking experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to educate and inform clients effectively.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
