Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and screen replacements. This role involves diagnosing computer software and hardware issues, providing part recommendations, and repairing the devices. The Computer Technician will be able to call customers and go over quotes, answer customer questions, provide help with customers checking in/out devices, and use our software to keep track of jobs performed.
Duties
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Servers.
- Analyze problems reported by customers and diagnose hardware or software malfunctions.
- Perform troubleshooting on devices and assist with repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs completed, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product releases to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Skills
- Proficient in analyzing technical problems and implementing effective solutions.
