Salary: $17.00 per year

Hands on Training

Data Collection: Assist in the collection and analysis of crop protection data, utilizing the latest precision agriculture technology.

Field Research: Conduct on-site field trials alongside our experienced agronomists and learn to assess the effectiveness of various crop protection strategies.

Equipment Operation: Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art precision agriculture tools and machinery.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on trial results and present findings to the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to optimize crop protection techniques and ensure the sustainability of our agricultural practices.

Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to agriculture, agronomy, or a similar field.

Passion for Agriculture: A strong interest in sustainable farming practices and precision agriculture.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide insights on crop protection techniques.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GPS technology and agricultural software systems.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective reporting and team collaboration.

Problem Solving: Innovative and proactive approach to addressing agricultural challenges.

Manual Dexterity: Comfortable with fieldwork and working with agricultural equipment.

Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Elgin, Nebraska, and adapt to local weather conditions.
