Position Summary:
We are looking for a Structured Cabling Foreman to support commercial low voltage construction projects throughout the greater Phoenix area. The foreman is responsible for running and overseeing day-to-day operations on site ensuring work is completed on time, on or under budget, and meeting our company's installation standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead teams of structured cabling technicians for commercial integration projects
Update work orders, drawings, and other project submittals
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Training and development for technicians
Assist project managers in maintaining project budget, scope, and schedule
Install cabling and supports
Install devices and device supports
Perform cable terminations and labeling
Perform testing
Load and unload materials
Remove trash and maintain a clean project site
Job Requirements:
5 years of experience in commercial structured cabling
2 years of leadership experience in commercial construction environments
Industry certifications (i.e. BICSI) are a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
