| Structured Cabling Technician Level I
Working in concert with our SCS Supervisor and SCS Lead Technician, the SCS Technician I is an opportunity for a green candidate to get their foot in the door in the low voltage industry. The technician role is ideal for a candidate with 1 years of construction experience and/or someone proficient with hand and power tools who is comfortable working on their feet. Project tasks include but are not limited to pulling, supporting, terminating, and testing category, coax, and fiber cable, as well as installing cable/ladder tray, grounding, racks in MDFs/IDFs.
Qualifications & Skills:
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong organizational skills.
o Self-motivated and a self-starter.
o Ability to lift 75lbs.
o General mechanical skills.
General Construction Knowledge Should Include:
o Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
o Ability to work on a ladder.
o Experience in commercial projects a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
