We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer with expertise in PLC programming for Siemens products and other PLC systems to join ourdynamic team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for Siemens automation systems and other PLC platforms.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC systems with other automation and control systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of PLC programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on Siemens and other PLC systems.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology and industry trends.
- Develop and implement IIoT solutions to enhance automation and control systems.
- Integrate IIoT devices and sensors with PLC systems to collect and analyze data for predictive maintenance and process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between IIoT devices and enterprise systems.
Required:
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for IIoT (Azure IoT, AWS IoT).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens products (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal) or other systems (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, Honeywell).
- 3 years of experience in using Siemens programming software (STEP 7, WinCC) and other PLC programming tools.
- Certification in Siemens PLC programming.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA/DCS systems.
- Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet).
- Familiarity with additional PLC programming.
- Experience with data analytics and machine learning for IIoT applications.
- Up to 15-20% domestically and internationally.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds at times.
